Stranger Things Season 5 Snack: Easy 4-Ingredient Demogorgon Nutella-Filled Cookies
These Demogorgon Nutella-filled cookies are the perfect Stranger Things Last Season snack.
These cookies are pure Stranger Things vibes. Fun, creepy-cute, dramatic, and honestly perfect to bake while watching the new season. Soft Nutella center, dark “mouth,” red petals, and white chocolate teeth. Super easy and SO good.
Ingredients
Cookie Dough
¾ cup Nutella
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 egg (room temperature)
Filling
Nutella (½ tablespoon per cookie)
Decoration
120 g white chocolate, melted
Red food coloring (I use Wilton)
How To Make Demogorgon Nutella Cookies
1. Freeze the Nutella coins
Scoop ½ tablespoon portions of Nutella onto oven paper.
Freeze until firm.
2. Make the dough
Mix Nutella, flour, and egg until a soft dough forms.
Chill 30 minutes.
3. Fill the cookies
Flatten a ball of dough in your hand.
Add a frozen Nutella coin.
Cover with another flattened piece of dough and seal well.
4. Shape the Demogorgon
Take the filled dough ball and press it into a star cookie cutter so the dough takes the full shape.
Lift it out carefully — now you have a star.
Push each point outward with your fingers to make the open petals.
Bake at 175°C / 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
The center should stay dark, like the Demogorgon mouth.
5. Decorate
Melt the 120 g white chocolate.
Petals: Color 90 g of the melted white chocolate with Wilton red coloring.
Use it only on the petals — leave a clean circle in the center of the cookie.
Teeth: Use the remaining plain white chocolate (20–30 g) to pipe the tiny teeth over the red petals. They look better a bit irregular—They’re filthy Demogorgons, and they should look like that.
