If Eddie Munson From Stranger Things Was a Cookie… He’d Be These Candy-Stuffed Cookies
A brown-butter cookie stuffed with Twix, KitKat, M&M’s, and Reese’s. Loud, warm, messy, sweet — a tribute to Eddie Munson, who died a legend.
Eddie was loud, messy, and impossible to ignore, but underneath all that noise he was warm, loyal, ridiculously sweet, and the kind of friend who’d throw himself into danger without thinking twice.
He wasn’t the hero the town expected, but he became the one everyone remembers.
So his cookie needed to feel like that — bold on the outside, soft in the center, and full of things that shouldn’t work together but somehow do.
These cookies are stuffed with Twix, KitKat, M&M’s, and Reese’s — color, crunch, caramel, chocolate, peanut butter — a complete mix of textures that surprise you every single bite, the same way Eddie always did.
He didn’t get the ending he deserved, but he went out like a legend.
This cookie is for him.

Why This Cookie Was Eddie
Eddie was one of those characters you don’t expect to love, and then suddenly you’re crying over him. I loved everything about his vibe: loud, sarcastic, protective, a little reckless, and somehow the kindest person in the room.
This cookie is my little tribute to that version of him: a wild mix on the outside, a soft heart inside, and something that stays with you.
Troubleshooting
Cookies spread too much
Freeze longer (30 minutes).
Cookies didn’t spread
Dough was too cold.
Let scooped dough sit 5 minutes before baking.
Dough feels dry
Add 1 teaspoon buttermilk (or milk if you don’t have buttermilk).
Candy melted weird
Don’t bake above 350°F — caramel melts too fast.
